Sales & Marketing Administrator Apprentice

Cullum are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Administrator Apprentice. The right candidate will have a minimum GCSE grade 5 or equivalent in English and Maths, and an interest in Sales and Marketing.

The successful applicant will have good IT and Social Media skills along with good organisation and planning and attention to detail.

Job Title:                   Sales & Marketing Administrator

 

Department:             Sales/Business Development  Responsible to:         Sales Director

 

  1. JOB PURPOSE

 

The Sales & Marketing Administrator is expected to work as part of the Business Development team in order to provide full support to the Sales Director and Sales department as a whole to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective service to all stakeholders. 

 

  1. JOB ACTIVITIES

 

  • Provide day to day admin support to the Sales Director and Team in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain and update CRM, ERP (NAV) and other, databases and spreadsheets as directed ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times
  • Update the Company Website and other Social Media forums as directed by the Sales Director and Sales Team.
  • Produce marketing and other sales material and documentation as required to support sales activities.
  • Assist with any other activities of the Sales department as required by the Sales Director and Sales/BD team

Essential

  • Minimum GCSE grade 5 or equivalent in English and Maths.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient communication and administration skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

 

  • A good understanding of, and how to optimise the use of, available social media outlets and forums for the benefit of the Company.

 

  • Good IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office applications

 

  • Good organisation, planning and general time management skills

 

  • Ability to work under own initiative when required
