Andy began his journey with Cullum in 1985 as a technical apprentice, completing a four-year program that laid the foundation for his expertise. He then progressed to the role of Plater Welder, where his precision and commitment made a meaningful impact on numerous key projects.
In 2001, Andy moved into the Quality Department, where he has been instrumental in upholding and advancing the company’s quality standards. Throughout his career, Andy has valued the opportunity to work closely with business partners and international contractors, fostering strong professional relationships that have contributed to Cullum’s continued success.
Andy’s professionalism, dedication, and extensive knowledge make him an invaluable member of the team. His 40-year journey with Cullum stands as a testament to his hard work, loyalty, and the strong values that underpin our company culture.
