Cullum - Business Continuity Planning Update
I thought it appropriate to go into writing to update you on Cullum’s approach to the Covid 19 outbreak, and our status to date.
Over the last few days Cullum has been working in line with its Business Continuity Plan in order to keep its operational business performing in line with customer demands. We have successfully migrated 90% of our office based staff to a ‘Work from Home’ policy, and all departments remain fully capable. Cullum can now move into our third phase, where focus remains on continuity and delivery.
The production facility remains operational and driving to support customer needs. Our Site teams are on-hand to travel and support UK operations, upon customer invitation where is risk is deemed low. Out of our 100 strong workforce, 7 staff-members are in self-isolation as a precautionary measure with none being confirmed as positive cases to date.
Importantly our liquidity remains strong, and we have the cash reserves to operate for some time without additional sources of income. The UK government have made assistance available, but we have no need for such support at this time.
We remain keen to support our customer base during these uncertain times, and I am keen to stress that Cullum continues to have the infrastructure, capacity and capability to support its customer base with ongoing works, and indeed the ability to onboard new projects.
I ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your business operations, and I will endevour to do the same.
I look forward to seeing you on the other side……
Yours Sincerely
Mark Jansen
Managing Director
