Cullum Detuners Limited (“Cullum”) are pleased to announce the 100% acquisition of EMS Industries Limited (“EMS”), who are based in Knypersley, Stoke-on-Trent.
Mark Jansen, Cullum Group Managing Director stated that “the acquisition of EMS supports our long-term business goals of market diversification and business simplification. The EMS product range provides a solid baseline for continued growth within the UK, plus a unique opportunity via our overseas platforms. As we worked through the process, the quality of both the people at EMS, and the product were clear to see. We are thrilled to welcome the staff to the team and will work to support EMS reach their goals”.
The exiting EMS shareholders will provide a period of transition, with the current leadership team positioning to lead the business in line with its new growth strategies. EMS will operate as a stand-alone business, with no integration into the wider group.
Cullum are a world leading engineering business, with offices in Derby, United States and Bahrain. Primary markets include Energy, Aerospace and Automotive testing.
EMS are leading market supplier of RAM pumps and grit removal equipment, operating primarily in the Utilities and Energy from Waste Sectors, for both UK and overseas markets.
