Brian directs the engineering team for Cullum. The company has on site capability to deliver engineering solutions from concept through to installation across the full range of products. The team of eighteen engineers have design, drawing and analysis capability and can be supplemented with outside consultants as the workload demands.
Brian joined Cullum in April ’25 with over thirty years of experience in running various engineering projects. He started his career with Rolls-Royce working on test cell control systems and then moved on to working on flight components. Over the years he has worked with most of the big engineering names as well as smaller, specialist outfits. Cullum’s specialist engineering knowledge, project based one off designs and involvement through the full lifecycle means the role provides plenty of interesting challenges.
Outside of work Brian enjoys working on renovating his house which he shares with his wife, son, 30 chickens, 6 ducks, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a rabbit. Luckily, he has a big garden but that means much of his spare time is spent either mowing the lawn or pulling up nettles.
